NS1001 High-Temperature Grease

Yamaichi Chemical High-Temperature Grease GREASE NS1001

Features:

1. A high-performance fluorine-based lubricant that prevents oil stains on molded products, applied in a thin, spreading manner.

2. A small amount of lubricant provides sufficient lubrication.

3. High safety; under normal usage conditions, it has almost no impact on the human body.  It also has minimal effect on other materials. 

4. Due to its inert nature, it does not corrode metals and does not affect rubber or plastics.

5. Excellent resistance to dissolution. It hardly dissolves in common solvents.

6. Operating temperature range: -30°C to 250°C

Applications: Lubricant for sliding parts of plastic molds; bearings for painting lines and chemical equipment; bearings for copier heat rollers; lubrication for vacuum devices and chains; and for other parts previously treated with conventional lubricants.
